华成毛纺扎根中原近三十载，专注精纺与粗纺呢绒。从澳毛挑选到成品入库，二十四道工序均在自有厂房内完成，为定制西装、时装品牌与外贸客户提供稳定优质的面料。 For nearly three decades, Huacheng has worked one fibre at a time in the wool plains of central China. Twenty-four steps — from Australian merino selection to finished bolt — happen under one roof, supplying tailors, fashion houses and export partners with fabric they can count on.

一九九六年，华成在河南许昌起家时，只有八台老式精纺织机。如今我们已是横跨纺纱、织造、染色、整理的一体化毛纺厂，但坚持的事情没有变——每一匹布，都要经得起手摸、灯照、剪刀剖开来看。 When Huacheng began in 1996 in Xuchang, Henan, the floor held eight old worsted looms. Today the mill runs an integrated operation across spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing — yet the test for every bolt is unchanged: it must hold up to the hand, the light, and the cutter's blade.

每批澳大利亚美利奴羊毛均经三道分级与色差比对，70支以上长纤维专供高端面料。Australian merino, hand-graded across three passes. Fibres of 70s and above are reserved for our premium fabrics.
一体化工厂One Roof
从纺纱、织造到染整全流程自营，避免外协造成的批次差异，让品控可追溯。Spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing are all in-house — no subcontract drift between batches, every step traceable.
实验室自检In-house Lab
每一卷面料通过克重、缩水、色牢度、起球等七项检测后方可入库。Every bolt is tested for weight, shrinkage, colourfastness and pilling — seven checks before it enters our warehouse.

到一匹布
From fleece
to finished bolt
二十四道关键工序，二十二位老师傅。机器只是工具，毛纺这件事最后还是靠人手摸出来的。 Twenty-four key steps, twenty-two senior masters. Machines do the work, but wool — in the end — is judged by hand.
选毛与开洗Sorting & Scour
澳毛入厂分级，洗去油脂与杂质，保留天然弹性。Greasy wool is graded, then scoured to remove lanolin while preserving natural crimp.
精梳纺纱Combing & Spinning
纤维平行梳理，长丝纺成匀称纱线，决定面料手感。Fibres are aligned and spun into even yarns — the foundation of every fabric's hand.
织造Weaving
剑杆机配合传统多臂机，平纹、斜纹、方格皆可织造。Rapier looms alongside traditional dobby looms produce plain, twill and check structures.
染整与缩水Dye & Finish
染色后预缩、烫光、剪绒，使面料挺括且经久耐穿。After dyeing, fabric is shrunk, pressed and shorn — for body, drape, and lasting wear.
