One mill,
two cities.
二〇〇三年，华成毛纺于河南商丘建厂；同年，张家港中纺源同步成立，承担销售与产品研发——一边在豫东打磨工艺，一边在长三角对接市场。二十多年只做一件事：把每一寸精纺呢绒做到品相与手感始终如一。 In 2003, Huacheng began operations in Shangqiu, Henan; that same year, Zhongfangyuan was founded in Zhangjiagang as our sales and R&D arm. Two decades on, the focus remains a single craft — worsted wool, made consistent in look and hand.
美利奴严选Merino, Hand-picked
原料以澳大利亚美利奴超细羊毛为主，纱支覆盖 Super 110 至 Super 160 支，专为高端定制西装与高定礼服而生。Our base material is Australian super-fine merino wool — yarn counts from Super 110s to 160s, made for bespoke suiting and couture-grade tailoring.
自营全流程Under One Roof
从毛条染色、纺纱、织造到后整理，每一道工序都在自有 10 万平方米厂区内完成，避免外协造成的批次差异。Top dyeing, spinning, weaving and finishing — every step happens within our 100,000 m² plant, with no subcontract drift between batches.

持有 ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 三项国际管理体系认证，并通过 GRS 全球回收标准与 RWS 责任羊毛标准认证。Certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 — alongside GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and RWS (Responsible Wool Standard).
三大主线 Three lines
华成精纺呢绒围绕三大主线展开：纯羊毛精纺、羊毛混纺、户外运动羊毛。所有规格皆可按客户需求定制纱支、克重、配色与混纺比例。 Our worsted wool is built around three product lines — Pure Wool Suiting, Wool Blends, and Outdoor Active Wool. Every specification is customisable: yarn count, weight, colourway, blend ratio.

From fleece
to finished bolt
二十四道关键工序，二十二位老师傅。机器只是工具，毛纺这件事最后还是靠人手摸出来的。 Twenty-four key steps, twenty-two senior masters. Machines do the work, but wool — in the end — is judged by hand.
毛条染色Top Dyeing
羊毛先梳成毛条，在纤维阶段染色。染料深入纤维内部，颜色比成布后再染更纯净、更稳定。Wool is first combed into tops, then dyed at the fibre stage. Dye penetrates each strand from within — for deeper, steadier colour than piece-dyeing can give.
纺纱Spinning
染好色的毛条按比例拼合，纺成均匀的纱线。多色拼条形成混色与花纱效果。Dyed tops are blended to specification and spun into even yarns. Multi-colour blends here become the heather and melange in the finished cloth.
织布Weaving
剑杆织机配合多臂织机，织造平纹、斜纹、提花等多种结构。Rapier looms alongside dobby looms produce plain, twill, jacquard and other structures.
后整理Finishing
烫光、剪绒、缩呢、定型，赋予面料挺括的手感与持久的垂坠。Pressing, shearing, milling and setting — the steps that give the fabric its body, hand and drape.
