河南华成毛纺厂坐落于中原腹地许昌，是一家集纺纱、织造、染整为一体的精粗纺呢绒制造企业。我们的客户里有上海的西装定制店，有米兰的小众品牌，也有出口到东欧的批发商——他们留下来的理由都一样：面料稳。 Henan Huacheng Wool Mill is an integrated worsted and woollen fabric manufacturer based in Xuchang, in the heart of central China. Our clients range from bespoke tailors in Shanghai to small Milanese fashion houses to wholesalers shipping into Eastern Europe. They stay for the same reason: consistency.

It began
with eight
looms.
一九九六年初春，创始人李华成在许昌郊外租下一处旧仓库，搬进八台二手精纺织机，挂上"华成毛纺"四个字。第一批订单来自郑州的服装厂，做的是冬季工装呢——三百米布，他亲自蹬着三轮车送的货。 In the spring of 1996, founder Li Huacheng leased an old warehouse on the outskirts of Xuchang, moved in eight second-hand worsted looms, and hung the sign "Huacheng Wool Mill" above the door. The first order was three hundred metres of workwear fabric for a clothing maker in Zhengzhou — delivered, by founder, on a tricycle.
二十九年过去，那八台老机器中的两台仍在仓库角落里，作为留念。但更重要的留下来的，是当年的规矩——选毛要亲手抓三把，染色要看三次水，出厂前要剪开两个角检视纬度。这些没写进操作手册，但每个进厂的新人都要学。 Twenty-nine years on, two of those original looms still sit in the corner of our warehouse. What's lasted longer than the machines, though, are the rules: wool is graded by hand in three passes, dye baths checked three times, and every bolt sample-cut at two corners before it leaves the floor. None of this is written in the manual. Every new hire learns it anyway.
三十年纪事 Three decades
许昌创厂Founded in Xuchang
八台二手精纺织机，第一批客户来自郑州本地的工装厂。Eight second-hand worsted looms; the first customers were workwear makers in nearby Zhengzhou.
新厂房启用New mill opens
厂区扩建至 8000 平方米，引入剑杆织机与连续染色线。The mill expanded to 8,000 m² with rapier looms and a continuous dye line.
首次出口First exports
通过广交会接触欧洲客户，毛涤面料首批发往波兰与捷克。At the Canton Fair, we met our first European buyers. Wool-polyester fabrics shipped to Poland and Czechia.
实验室落成In-house lab
自建面料检测实验室，七项标准检测全流程覆盖。Our textile-testing lab opens, covering all seven in-house standards.
羊绒系列上线Cashmere range launched
正式推出 50/50 羊毛羊绒混纺与纯羊绒大衣呢系列，进入高端定制市场。Launch of our 50/50 wool-cashmere and pure cashmere coating range — our first move into bespoke-grade goods.
三十周年Thirtieth year
三十年，三代织工，一根纱线。下一个十年继续。Thirty years. Three generations of weavers. One strand of yarn. On to the next decade.
