河南华成毛纺有限公司坐落于豫东商丘，是一家集染色、纺纱、织造、后整理于一体的精纺呢绒制造企业。厂区占地十万平方米，固定资产逾两亿元，年产精纺呢绒约三百万米，产品供应日本、美国、欧洲与国内市场，覆盖高端定制店、MTM 制衣厂、时装品牌与外贸合作伙伴。多年来，华成秉承"工艺为本、品质至上"的经营理念，让每一寸面料都经得起手摸、灯照与岁月。 Henan Huacheng Woolen Co., Ltd. is an integrated worsted wool manufacturer based in Shangqiu, eastern Henan, with full in-house capability across dyeing, spinning, weaving, and finishing. Our mill spans 100,000 m² with fixed assets exceeding RMB 200 million, producing around three million metres of worsted fabric a year. We supply bespoke tailors, MTM workshops, fashion brands, and export partners across Japan, the United States, Europe, and the domestic Chinese market. Huacheng has long upheld a philosophy of craft and quality first — every metre of cloth made to stand up to hand, light, and time.

二〇〇三年，华成毛纺于河南商丘建厂开机，从精纺毛料起步。同年，张家港中纺源同步成立，承担销售与产品研发的职能——一边在豫东打磨工艺，一边在长三角对接市场。 In 2003, Huacheng Woolen Co. began operations in Shangqiu, Henan — spinning and weaving worsted wool from day one. In the same year, Zhongfangyuan was founded in Zhangjiagang as our sales and R&D arm: production in central China, design and client work in the Yangtze River Delta.
二十多年过去，华成已成长为集染色、纺纱、织造、后整理于一体的精纺企业，厂区占地十万平方米，员工四百余人。从美利奴羊毛到成品，每一道工序都在自有车间内完成；从研发到出货，每一卷布都保持着始终如一的品相与手感。 Two decades on, Huacheng has grown into a fully integrated worsted mill — dyeing, spinning, weaving and finishing all in-house, across a 100,000-square-metre plant with over four hundred staff. From merino fleece to finished bolt, every step happens under one roof; from development to delivery, every roll holds the same look and hand.
二十余年纪事 Two decades
商丘建厂 · 张家港同步成立Founded in Shangqiu & Zhangjiagang
华成毛纺于河南商丘建厂开机，专注精纺呢绒生产；同年，张家港中纺源同步成立，承担销售与研发——一厂两地，自此协同。Huacheng began operations in Shangqiu, Henan — focused on worsted wool production from day one. In the same year, Zhongfangyuan was founded in Zhangjiagang as our sales and R&D arm — one mill, two cities, working in concert ever since.
引进海外设备Imported machinery
大幅引进意大利与德国精纺设备，将精纺呢绒定为生产主线——从此专注于"精"这一个字。A major investment in Italian and German worsted machinery set our course: from then on, the mill would be defined by one word — fine.
走向海外Going global
第一批面料漂洋过海，发往日本、美国与欧洲的客户。从这一年起，华成的布开始穿在更远的城市里。The first bolts shipped overseas, to clients in Japan, the United States, and Europe. From this year on, Huacheng cloth began turning up in cities far from Shangqiu.
高定系列上线Couture-grade line launched
正式推出高级定制系列面料，服务于各大 MTM 制衣厂——纱支更高、克重更轻、手感更稳。从这一年起，华成的布走进了更讲究的衣柜。Our couture-grade range launched — developed for leading MTM workshops. Finer counts, lighter weights, a steadier hand. From this year, Huacheng cloth began finding its way into more discerning wardrobes.
面向下一程Looking ahead
员工四百余人，年产精纺呢绒约三百万米，产品销往二十多个国家。精益求精，匠心未改——下一程继续。Today: over four hundred staff, around three million metres of worsted fabric a year, exports to more than twenty countries. The pursuit of finer craft continues — into the next chapter.

We are also GRS- and RWS-certified, supplying traceable fabric to clients with sustainability requirements.
